I work with bodies that have been holding too much, for too long.
The work is slow. It is mostly listening.
The Work
Four ways in. One thing being asked for.
Thai Bodywork
Rhythmic, assisted movement along the body’s sen lines. The hands listen as much as they press. Tissue softens. Breath returns to places it had stopped reaching.

Sound Therapy
Tibetan bowls, gongs, tuning forks. The nervous system entrains to slower frequencies the way water finds its level, without effort, without instruction.

Yoga & Somatics
Slow, intentional movement in the language of Hatha and Yin. Less performance, more inquiry. The pose is a doorway; what we are tracking is sensation.

Integration Work
After ceremony, after therapy, after a season of change, the body needs time, and someone to sit with it. This is that room.

What I believe
A short creed.
Safety is the foundation. Without it, the body cannot let go.
Presence is the practice, yours and mine.
The body holds what the mind cannot speak.
Slowness is how the nervous system learns to trust.
You are not broken. You are weary. All of you, welcome here.
The work is yours. I make the room.
Voices
On this work.
His calm, grounded presence created a profound sense of safety, allowing my body to fully trust the process. The work felt intuitive, intentional, and deeply attuned. This was not just a massage, but a truly healing experience.

I released years of buried emotions, feelings I hadn’t even realized I was carrying. The Wisdom Within gave me that gift, and much more. From my soul, thank you.

About
Behind the work, a person.
I worked in software for over two decades. One October evening in 2020,
alone at a campsite by Hood River, I knew I wasn’t going back. The years
since have been a slow turning toward the body, and a slow return to
something the Persian word arum describes better than any
English I know.
When you’re ready, write to me.
I write quietly, once a season, when I have something true to say.
